New Moon, New You
Sunday, January 18th ~ 5 pm to 6:15 pm (click here to sign up)
Find gratitude and welcome new energy during this special evening new moon class guided by Suzanna Nalbandian. This intentional asana practice offers a dynamic yet accessible flow that honors the phases of the moon and the natural cycles of change in our lives.
Following movement, you’ll be guided through reflection and journaling, using affirmations and the energy of the first new moon of the year to support clarity, intention, and transformation. This class is for anyone looking to clear the mind, reconnect with purpose, and consciously step into the year ahead with awareness and momentum. Open to all levels.
About Suzanna:
Suzanna first came to yoga seeking healing for developmental issues in her back, but what she found was so much more. Beyond physical relief, yoga opened a pathway to mental clarity, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of overall well-being. Inspired by these transformations, she felt called to share the practice with others—guiding students to build a strong mind-body connection and discover their own resilience, strength, and ease.
Off the mat, Suzanna channels her creativity as a cake decorator and delights in the simple joys of everyday life, bringing the same mindfulness and artistry she finds in yoga into all she does.
